Online Advertising: We will advertise the property on Rightmove
Buyer Qualification: We will obtain buyer’s mortgage details and confirmation of funds, where applicable
Arranged Viewings: Where applicable, we will arrange mutually convenient times between sellers and viewers for viewings to take place
Viewing Feedback: Where possible, we will give the seller feedback from viewings
Open Day, Accompanied Viewings & Key Holding: We will hold an open day and where required any subsequent viewings within our normal opening hours. We will also hold a key for the property and provide access for surveyors etc. and will hand over keys upon completion £445 inc VAT £445 inc VAT
Offer Negotiation: We will negotiate the offer between the seller and buyer
Legal Setup: We will send out sales particulars to all interested parties

Discounted Conveyancing: We work with local firms who will offer you a discount on their normal fees
