Tenancy & Deposit/Guarantor Set-Up:
Preparing and executing the tenancy agreement, collecting the security deposit, protecting the security deposit in line with current legislation, serving the required documents relating to the security deposit, carrying out checks and Land Registry searches on the guarantor.£375 including VAT

Inventory Disbursement Cost:Arranging an Inventory and agreeing it with each Occupant at the start of the Tenancy.1-bedroom:
